Does LIVOLO support Matter protocol?
Yes. LIVOLO Matter-certified products work seamlessly across major smart home ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Yandex, Homey and Home Assistant — one protocol, endless possibilities.
Does Livolo switch work without neutral wire?
Yes. Most Livolo switches use our leading single-wire tech, working perfectly without a neutral wire. Only live and lamp wires are needed, ideal for retrofits with stable, flicker-free performance.
What voltage does Livolo switch support?
Most of our standard Livolo switches support a wide voltage range of 100-240V, 50-60Hz, adapting to most global markets. We also offer 12/24V switch models to meet low-voltage application needs.
What certifications do LIVOLO products have?
LIVOLO products are CE, FCC, RoHS and VDE certified, with ISO 9001 quality management. We also offer Matter-certified smart electrical products for major smart-home ecosystems.
What is a single live wire switch and what are its strengths compared to neutral live wire switches?
A single live wire switch runs on the live wire only. When off, it takes a very small current to keep itself powered; when on, it lets full current flow to light the lamp, with no neutral wire required.

What about the lead time?
Trial orders under 100pcs ship within a week; bulk orders for standard products within a month.
Can I have a sample order?
Sample orders are always acceptable — order a few pieces to test the quality before committing.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For small order we use DHL which will take about 7 days. For bulk order, we could do air shipping or sea shipping, it's according to the quantity.
Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
OEM order is acceptable only when order amount reach to USD20,000 and cost extra USD1,000.

Can I use Livolo switch with existing wiring?
Yes, absolutely. Most Livolo switches are fully compatible with standard existing home wiring, including our single-wire models that work without a neutral wire. No extra rewiring is required for most scenarios, making installation simple and fast.
Can I install LIVOLO products by myself?
Please follow the installation guide in the product manual. If you are not familiar with electrical wiring, we recommend hiring a professional electrician.
Do LIVOLO switches support 2-way control?
